James, Moira and the extended Sliabh Liag Distillers’ Teaghlach (family), invite you to come on a journey through smoky Irish whiskey and savoury maritime gins and appreciate the Donegal side of Irish spirits’ production. One that honours the methods of our illicit forefathers and which we have brought up to date with the very best distillation know-how.
During your tour you will learn about the history of Donegal’s immense distilling heritage, the fall and now rise of Irish whiskey and see skilled workers breathing new life into it.
